PARLIAMENT REWRITES THE SHARIAH

ABORTION , SHEBEENS, PORNOGRAPHY, GAMBLING , SAME SEX MARRIAGES WERE LEGALISED AND NOW LAWMAKERS  AT THE BEHEST OF MISSIONARY SUPPORTED GROUPS, FOUNDATIONS, SHARIAH OPPONENTS AND GENDER ACTIVISTS WANT TO CHANGE THE SHARIAH TO COMPLY WITH THE CONSTITUTION (MUSLIM MARRIAGES BILL)

THE SO-CALLED 'SA MUSLIM CHARTER'

A draft copy of a so-called 'SA Muslim Charter' is being circulated  "for discussion and adoption by the Muslims of this country". In order to bestow Deeni significance to this new invention, the authors state in their pamphlet: "Inspired by the Medina Charter of the Noble Prophet Muhammad (S A W) and the need for establishing a charter for Muslims primarily as a basis for co-operation of issues of common concern and their integration into South African society, prompted organizations …..to prepare a Draft SA Muslim Charter…"

This is not a riddle for Muslims who understand the meaning and purpose of Islam. It is a cut and dried
issue devoid of ambiguity. The Qur’aan states with clarity and emphasis:
“Those who do not govern according to that (Shariah) revealed by Allah,
verily, they are the kaafiroon.”
Every secular system of governance is un-Islamic. It is in conflict with the Qur’aan and Sunnah, hence it
is not permissible for Muslims to be part icipants in the law-making processes of governments even in
Muslim countries. All the secular inst itut ions of government in the Muslim lands are haraam structures of
kufr in which part icipat ion is haraam.
